Medical Insurance

We don't participate in health insurance plans at this time.  We are a direct pay clinic.

Most medical insurance companies regard us as "Out-of-network" providers.  We will provide you with a "Superbill" that is suitable for you to submit to your medical insurance provider, and you may receive some reimbursement.

Depending on insurance, labs and imaging are usually covered, but if in doubt, ask first.
